Today I want to talk about our TWA self-adjusting linear carriages. What you can see here is one of our TWA 01-20 carriages. When you purchase this carriage, it will come with 3 polymer pins, the first thing we need to do is, push the pin in and turn it so the pin is retained. This  pushes the springs out ready for fitting to the rail. We do that on every pin. Now we’ll fit the carriage to the rail. Fit the carriage to the rail, and you will see this will slide very easily up and down. Now the springs are being held back by the polymer pins, so we will turn and hear a click once the pin has been removed. Run up and down and you will hear a click. This is the springs adjusting to reduce the clearance with the polymer sliding sections of the TWA carriage.
