We have product specialists and engineers all over the country but given the current situation, we are understandably being asked by customers to postpone visits. This however has not deterred us in regard to offering a support system for our customers and we have been offering and delivering virtual visits to customers to every area of the UK.
The igus® engineers are helping reduce risks by not travelling and working from home, linking with customers over Microsoft teams to offer support however required. Using this platform, we are able to identify issues with video calls, suggest products to solve the problem and steering customers around igus® website. Here, you can order products online and have them delivered to your desired delivery address. All of this can be done whilst in your pj’s!
The igus® UK website is showing stock that is physically available in the Northampton factory and as it stands, our deliveries from our manufacturing plant in Cologne have not been affected, so we are still receiving and making deliveries daily. This means you can have your required parts delivered within 24 hours, if they are showing as in stock online.
